With favorable wind, big seas and steady hands, Maisu is moving steadily north, making excellent time on its 6,200 miles Pacific voyage, marking the 20th voyage and 20th year of Micronesian voyaging.

“This launch is about responsibility—responsibility to the ocean, to our ancestors, and to the youth who are learning these traditions,” said Grand Master Navigator Sesario Sewralur.
