Last week, another man, a Palauan, was found dead in Ngebuked, Ngaraard. On July 20th at around 10:30 pm, a call was received by the police of a person who appeared to have a self-inflicted wound.
The man was identified as 60-year-old Allen Maui. He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
According to the police report, there seem to be no indications of homicide, but the investigation is ongoing.
This was the second death incident in Ngaraard within a week’s time. Two days earlier, an American male was also found deceased in Ngurang, Ngaraard. The case is also under investigation. (By: L.N. Reklai)
