March 27, 2017 (Koror, Palau) A 42 year old man identified as Clifford Ngirchomlei, was found hanging in the basement of an abandoned building in Ngerbeched on Saturday morning, according to report from the Ministry of Justice.

A call was received at around 7:30am on Saturday, reporting a man found hanging. Responding to the scene, officers found the victim hanging, already dead. The rope was cut and the victim was taken to the hospital.
According to reports, the victim has been out of work for some time and that he had attempted suicide before.
