The Narcotics Enforcement Agency’s Law Enforcement Explorers Academy (LEEA) officially kicked off on July 23, 2018.
The Academy is a two-week program designed to educate young people with ages 12—18 about the various careers available in law enforcement. The Academy operates Monday through Friday from 7:45 – 15:00 from July 23, 2018 to August 3, 2018. There are a total of 32 participants that are currently in the Academy right now.
Participants will learn Law Enforcement disciplines such as Civic Duty, Uniform code, drill and ceremony, discipline and learn about the inner workings of governments and law enforcement. This academy aims to give its participants insight and experience in the paramilitary disciplines in a Law Enforcement Career.
