Pacific athletes are gathering in Sydney for Oceania Aquatics’ first Competition Development Camp. From 11–20 December 2025, the camp is hosting up to 45 athletes and coaches from 10 National Federations across Oceania. Participants are taking part in train-ing sessions and competitions, including entry into the NSW Senior State Age Championships at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre. Palau is represented by national team swimmers Kazuumi Nestor and Charlie Gibbons, who are competing under the guidance of their coach, Jimmy Jonas Jr. The Palau team departed from Palau on 10 December to join the camp and competition.
