BONN, 16 NOVEMBER 2017 (CLIMATE HOME) — The minister of environment for Palau will seek a meeting with his Australian counterpart Josh Frydenberg to discuss a giant Indian-owned coal mine proposed for Queensland.


“If the opportunity presents itself I will sit with him and relay our concern and I feel that it’s an important issue,” said Umichi Sengebau, whose small Pacific island is vulnerable to rising sea levels and a major aid partner for Australia.
