The Palau International Coral Reef Center (PICRC) welcomes Yoshikazu Tachihara to Palau as he would soon replace the current JICA Resident Representative Nobuaki Miyata who is set to leave Palau in two weeks.
PICRC has maintained an especially close relationship with JICA since the center was established.
“We look forward to continued collaboration with Mr. Tachihara and JICA and we thank Mr. Miyata for his service and support to PICRC and wishes him the best for the future,” PICRC CEO, Dr. Yimnang Golbuu expressed.
