Palau Pacific Resort marked 41 years of service by honoring the heart of its success—its associates—during a festive beachside Christmas celebration in Koror. The Annual Associate Christmas Party brought together staff for an evening of appreciation, entertainment, awards, and holiday cheer under the stars.
Koror, Palau – Saturday, December 20, 2025 – Palau Pacific Resort (PPR) proudly hosted its Annual Associate Christmas Party on Saturday evening, December 20, 2025, marking the resort’s 41st year of service and celebrating the dedication of its valued associates.

Held beachside under the stars, the festive Beach BBQ ran from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, featuring food and beverages, live entertainment by DJ Mr. Rondy Ronnie, exciting festivities, and hundreds of prizes. Associates embraced the theme “Dress to Impress”, with cash prizes awarded for standout outfits, adding energy and style to the evening.
During the celebration, PPR recognized outstanding team members for their exceptional contributions in 2025:
• Associate of the Year: Mr. Ibrahim Ibrahim
– Housekeeping
• Supervisor of the Year: Ms. Kelly Rideb – Housekeeping
• Manager of the Year: Mr. Neal Jamila – Security Department
Best dressed awards were presented to:
• Best Dressed Woman: Ms. Uriik Kiuluul
• Best Dressed Man: Mr. Romeo Mejia
The evening officially opened with remarks from Acting General Manager, Mr. Peter Bonini, who thanked associates for their dedication and highlighted the people behind the resort’s continued success
“For 41 years, Palau Pacific Resort has stood strong because of the people behind it,” said Mr. Bonini. “Every guest smile, every achievement, and every challenge overcome is made possible by the teamwork, resilience, and passion of our PPR family.”
Special appreciation was extended to the Human Resources Team and the Associate Engagement Committee for organizing the event, as well as to all associates who contributed behind the scenes—from setup and decorations to food preparation and prize coordination.
As the evening concluded, associates were encouraged to relax, celebrate the season, and look forward to an even brighter year ahead.
