Koror, Palau (December 13, 2025) — Reng Collective hosted an end-of-the-year gathering at the Taj from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., bringing together more than 50 invited guests, including youth leaders and young professionals.

Launched in 2024, Reng Collective is a youth-led organization centered on climate, conservation, culture, and community. The organization creates spaces for dialogue, collaboration, and leadership development among young Palauans.
The evening program included a keynote address by Elei Titiml, followed by speeches from Reng Collective Co-founder and Treasurer Ayanna Ramarui and Co-founder and Project Lead Kenley Kenneth. After the speeches, a prayer was led by Minelli Olkeriil, the organization’s Operations Coordinator, followed by dinner. Entertainment by Malo.

The gathering offered an opportunity to connect, enjoy one another’s company, and meet others who are making meaningful contributions in their respective fields.
As part of the program, Kenneth acknowledged several individuals whose work reflects emerging leadership across different sectors. Those recognized included Kyarii Kazuma, Legislator of Ngchesar State; Iyool Anastacio, founder of Baby Co.; Dee Antonio, former Miss Palau and a recent scholarship recipient; Anthony Rudimch, Project Planning and Implemention Department Manager of PPUC and Eustoria Borja, Director of the Palau Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and a freelance writer.
As the year comes to an end, the gathering served as both a celebration and a moment of reflection, highlighting the role youth-led organizations continue to play in fostering leadership, connection, and collaboration. (By: Eustoria Marie Borja)
