Teams continue to clear ordnance across all States in Palau, including landmine search  [restrict] activities on Bloody Nose Ridge in Peleliu State which is ongoing in order to assist the Republic of Palau in being compliant with its Mine Ban Treaty obligations. Whilst no landmines have been found in this search phase, many other items of ordnance have been collected, as seen in the attached photo where some 20 Japanese grenades and 148 Japanese knee mortars were located in a search area.
