November 27, 2017 (Koror, Palau) Attorney General filed charges of drug trafficking against King Jesse Ngiraboi and Khan Cruz. The charges are felony offense, punishable by a sentence of not less than (25) years and a fine of not less than $50,000.

Each defendant was charged with one count of Trafficking a Controlled Substance. Police affidavit states that Ngiraboi had called and sold methamphetamine to a Confidential Informant on July 31st of this year.
Affidavit states that Khan Cruz sold less than a gram of methamphetamine in a control buy operation to an informant at Cruz residence.
Both defendants have earlier cases. Khan Cruz was charged in 2016 on two counts of Trafficking a Controlled Substance. Mr. Ngiraboi was charged on three counts of assaults in Second and Third Degree for taking an axe to a chinese national. [/restrict]
