Two more charged for drug trafficking

November 27, 2017 (Koror, Palau) Attorney General filed charges of drug trafficking against King Jesse Ngiraboi and Khan Cruz. The charges are felony offense, punishable by a sentence of not less than (25) years and a fine of not less than $50,000.

Each defendant was charged with one count of Trafficking a Controlled Substance. Police affidavit states that Ngiraboi had called and sold methamphetamine to a Confidential Informant on July 31^st of this year.

Affidavit states that Khan Cruz sold less than a gram of methamphetamine in a control buy operation to an informant at Cruz residence.

Both defendants have earlier cases.  Khan Cruz was charged in 2016 on two counts of Trafficking a Controlled Substance.  Mr. Ngiraboi was charged on three counts of assaults in Second and Third Degree for taking an axe to a chinese national. [/restrict]
