Koror, Palau โ On September 16, 2021, the Palau Conservation Society (PCS) received a generous donation of $1,000 from the Eurasia Pacific Lines. Chairman of the Eurasia board, Senator Mason N. Whipps along with Secretary of the Board Senator TJ Remengesau presented the in-kind donation to Chairman of the PCS Board Dave Orrukem, board treasurer Elbuchl Sadang and board member King Sam.
Chairman Whipps reflected on the importance of the companyโs support towards community efforts and local initiatives such as PCS. The pandemic has continued to affect businesses across all fields, and Eurasiaโs shipping business has been no exception. According to Chairman Whipps, cargo values have been on a steep incline since the pandemic started since the beginning of 2020.

Although it has been difficult, Eurasia stands behind their support to the environment by continuing to donate as a Corporate Partner of Conservation (CPC) to PCS. โIf it takes a little bit away from the bottom line, thatโs fine.
