THE Guam-based Asia Pacific Group of Raymond James donates another $2,500 to the Palau International Coral Reef Center (PICRC) to support the latter’s research and educational activities.
The Asia Pacific Group of Raymond James has been donating to PICRC’s programs since 2016.
Raymond James is a diversified financial service holding company that was founded in 1962. The company deals primarily in investment advisory services and investment banking.
Since 1986, Asia Pacific Group has been providing institutional investment consulting services to the Micronesia region, working with various public, non-profit, and private organizations. In 1997, it began offering such services to similar clients in Palau.
The donation was presented by Daniel Roland, Managing Director of Raymond James, and head of the Asia Pacific Group.
“We are delighted to continue our support to PICRC as it continues to play an important role in conserving and protecting our marine environment and natural resources.,” Roland said.
Continued support from donors help PICRC achieves its mission to support coral reef stewardship through its research and education programs. (PR)
