The highlight of the evening was the Ngaraberas War Canoe show, a traditional war demonstration followed by war dance or “rruk”. The men’s canoe club paddled in in a war canoe, performed a mock war skit and followed with dance performance.
The event featured sale of various local delicacies as well as international food sold by many local clubs from Airai State as well as other States. There were also businesses that sold products and food items. Local made products such as soaps, oils, jewelry, local tools and wood works were showcased for sale.
