Attorney General charged Reginald “C-Boy” Tmetuchl on one count of Trafficking Controlled Substance and three counts of Possession of Controlled Substance, all felony charges. Court imposed a $25,000 cash bail or surety bond of the same amount.
Based on NEA Special Agent report, Mr. Tmetuchl was observed at three (3) different times selling methamphetamine to confidential informant. After each transaction, NEA officers were able to test the crystalline products sold to the CI and confirmed them to be methamphetamine or “ice”.
Report says that the observed sales of the drugs took place on January 20th, May 16th and June 30th of this year.
Mr. Reginald “C-Boy” Tmetuchl remains in custody pending payment of his bail.
Trafficking Controlled Substance carries a jail sentence of not less than 25 years and a fine of not less than $50,000 if convicted.
Possession of Controlled Substance carries a jail sentence of not less than five years and a fine of not less than $10,000 if convicted.
