Jesse L. Edward and Biusech Francisco Tabelual of Palau Public Utilities Corporation have been accepted and will be attending one of JICA’s Knowledge Co-creation Program called Conversation and Management of Water Environment in Islands.  The objective and goal of this program is for the participants to acquire proper knowledge and technical skills for the conservation and management of water environment.

They will be joined by other participant s from Grenada, Maldives, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Lucia, Commonwealth of Dominica, Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe, Republic of Cabo Verde, and the Marshall Islands.  The training period is from January 11 to March 10, 2017.

This training has been made available to Palau for the third consecutive year.  Edward and Tabelual are the fourth and fifth participants from Palau.  Previous participants were Hilda Masahiro, Nixon Augustine and Sylvia Tmodrang from the Division of Environmental Health.
