Former Ngchesar candidate Calvin Ramarui was allegedly beaten and stabbed and thrown or pushed into the sea next to SLC@PC last Friday according to unofficial reports.
According to reports, Mr. Ramarui was found holding on to rock and was pulled out of the water and taken to the hospital. Reports say he is recovering but so far no perpetrator has been identified.
Mr. Ramarui was one of the candidates for Ngchesar State legislature with slogan “Ngchesar Moderchak”. He is an articulate and funny fellow and is well-like by many people. (L.N. Reklai/Editor)
