Wilhelm Rekis Aichi will be serving 19 years of imprisonment for counts of Sexual Assault in the First Degree, Sexual Assault in the Third Degree and Prostitution involving a minor in a guilty plea agreement, according to information released by the Office of Special Prosecutor. He was ordered to register as a Sex Offender in accordance with 17 PNC Chapter 17.

The Office of Special Prosecutor also reports resolution of the related charges derived from criminal cases 17-135 and 17-177. Wilhelm Rekis Aichi, Willibolt Demei, McQuire Imeong and Sylvester Oiterong and other five other individuals were charged with number of sexual assault charges including promoting prostitution involving a minor as well as charges of trafficking and possession of methamphetamine or “ice” in October of 2017.
The charges alleged that Aichi, Imeong and Demei made a 13-year-old girl smoke “ice” or methamphetamine and each had sex with her at various times. Charges also alleged that Oiterong and Mtoched brought the minor to Aichi and provided her with drugs. Others were charged for solicitation, possession and trafficking of methamphetamine.
Sylvester Oiterong pled guilty and was sentenced to 12 years for Promoting Prostitution of a minor and 1 year for Possession of methamphetamine.
Hideo Mtoched also pled guilty to promoting prostitution of a minor and for possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 9 years of imprisonment for promoting prostitution of minor and 1 year for meth possession.
McQuire Imeong pled guilty to Sexual Assault in the First Degree and Trafficking Methamphetamine and was sentenced one year of house arrest and 25 years of probation. He was ordered to register as Sex Offender. Imeong provided information to the government which led to successful prosecution of other defendants.
Willibolt Demei went to jury trial and was found not guilty of Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine but was found guilty of Possession of methamphetamine. He will be sentence on April 26 on this case. Demei is already serving 9 year prison term after Office of Special Prosecutor moved to revoke his parole in several prior criminal charges.
Arnold Buck pled guilty to Criminal Solicitation of a Minor and is sentenced to short period of imprisonment to run concurrently with his current incarceration for separate drug convictions.
Melvin Toribiong received 25 years of probation after pleading guilty to Trafficking Methamphetamine. Toribiong also provided the prosecution information that led to guilty plea agreements from other defendants.
Karn Mabel was sentenced to 6 months imprisonment for possession of methamphetamine, unlawful imprisonment and Prostitution.
Clark Willyander pled guilty to one count of possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to period of probation for assisting government obtained information leading to guilty pleas from other defendants. (L.N. Reklai/Editor) [/restrict]
