“Palau is an inspiration—taro leaves, hanafuda,” Kortnee explained. But this season, her collection is even more personal. “Today, I felt like my mother, so the flower Rur—is my mother’s name. This colors also represents her color scheme in clothing. She prefers to wear these colored shirts.”
