Palau’s sports community is celebrating a major professional achievement as Kenny Reklai completes the internationally recognized MEMOS master’s program in sports management. His advanced training is expected to support stronger athlete pathways, performance planning and sports administration in Palau.
KOROR, PALAU — The Palau National Olympic Committee (PNOC) proudly congratulates Mr. Kenny Reklai on successfully completing the Executive Master’s in Management of Sport Organisations (MEMOS), an internationally recognized Master’s Degree programme developed with the support of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and delivered through leading universities within the MEMOS network.
The MEMOS programme is specifically designed for professionals working in the Olympic and sports movement. It provides advanced knowledge and practical skills in sport management, governance, leadership, strategic planning and organisational development.
Mr. Reklai’s successful completion of the programme is a significant achievement for both himself and Palau’s sports community. More importantly, the knowledge and expertise gained through MEMOS will contribute to the continued development of high-performance sport in Palau, including stronger athlete pathways, improved performance planning and enhanced support for national federations and athletes.
