(Koror, Palau) Court sentenced Clifton Kloulubak to 25 years imprisonment for the shooting death of Kenneth Koshiba on September 6, 2016.
Accepting a guilty plea for Second Degree Murder, the Court reduced the sentence from mandatory life to 25 years imprisonment with credit for time served of 14 days.

Clifton Kloulubak is one of the 3 brothers charged for the death of Kenneth Koshiba in the October 13, 2015 incident where Mr. Kenneth Koshiba was shot multiple times by a high powered gas/air rifle near Akiwo Gas Station in Madalaii, Koror.
In February of 2016, Nicholas Kloulubak murder charge was reduced to a misdemeanor charge of assault. Nicholas Kloulubak pled guilty to misdemeanor charge of assault and was placed on 12 months probation. Mike Williams’ case is still pending.[/restrict]
