A Korean national was a subject of an investigation following accusation of a woman that he had allegedly sexually assaulted her.
Based on the police report, police received a call that a woman who was described as Asian had ran to the Neco Plaza to ask for help.
Police officers then responded to the report and found the woman and brought her to the police station for interview.
According to the complainant, the suspect identified as Jung Chung Won, a Korean, had invited her to go to his house and cook lunch for them.
The accused then allegedly picked up the complainant and drove her to his apartment in Ngerbeched, Koror.
According to the police record, the woman said that while in the apartment, the accused approached her and allegedly forced her to lie on the bed while allegedly touching her chest area. The woman reportedly resisted and had managed to flee from the apartment and asked help from people at the nearby store.
