Lester Rehuher, Water Leak Detector Supervisor at Palau Public Utilities Corporation, has been accepted to JICA’s KCCP Training in Japan. Rehuher will be participating in the Non-Revenue Water Management (Leakage Control) Training, first online from January 24 to 30 followed by a course period in Japan from February 1 to 17, 2023.
This program aims to obtain and upgrade knowledge and technical skills on non-revenue water management focusing on leakage prevention work. The participants will have opportunities to learn about non-revenue water management through lectures, field trips, practical work and discussion. The overall goal is to be able to implement projects of non-revenue water management, aiming to conserve water resources and improve fiscal conditions.
