A draft regulations is being circulated among key agencies for review and comments.  Vice President Oilouch, an attorney himself, drafted the regulations.

“Our Attorney General’s Office is very short on legal staff right now so I went ahead and drafted the regulations.  It is being circulated for review and comments.  After that, it will be sent to the President for his approval before undergoing the APA process,” stated Vice President Oilouch.

Some of the major issues addressed in the regulations include transfer of employees that are victims of human trafficking or labor violations, change of status of tourists to employees, cost of repatriation of employees that fail to meet basic requirements of jobs they applied for and deductable housing expenses of employees.

Vice President Oilouch says the regulations will incorporate changes that have been adopted into law but the existing regulations have not addressed. [/restrict]
