Dear Editor,
On the Japan dumping of Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant Wastewater into the Ocean, the international declaration approving such action without at least consulting first with our traditional and other political leaders was unconscionable.
It was against the letter and spirit of our constitution. It is still subject to disagreement in the scientific community.
Finally. If the Japanese scientists are wrong, the damage done to our ocean which is border-less cannot be reversed for hundreds of years.
Of course our President is a smart and educated man, but I think on this problem, he was wrong, hopefully he is proven to be right in the future. But if he were to be proven wrong, he would have committed an unpardonable sin against the future generations.
A concerned citizen.
