Adults in Koror aged 40 and above are being invited back to the track for the upcoming Masters Twilight Competition—an inclusive and energetic event promoting fitness, teamwork, and community spirit. Open to teams from across government, NGOs, and local groups, the competition offers a fun opportunity to stay active, reconnect, and rediscover the thrill of athletics.
Koror, Palau — The Palau Athletics community is proud to invite adults aged 40 and above to participate in the Masters Twilight Competition, a fun and inclusive track and field event designed to promote fitness, connection, and community spirit.
Open to teams from government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and community groups, the competition encourages participants of all fitness levels to stay active, challenge themselves, and enjoy the excitement of track and field in a supportive environment.
Teams may include up to 10 members, making it a great opportunity to build camaraderie while engaging in friendly competition.
As an added benefit, all registered participants will receive a free pass to train at the track, providing the perfect opportunity to prepare, stay active, and build consistency leading up to the competition.
