August 30, 2022– The Republic of Palau Ministry of Health & Human Services (MHHS) would like to inform the public that the first episode of its official podcast was launched on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. A podcast is similar to a radio talk show. It is audio content hosted in audio or video form on the Internet. Podcasts feature episodes about specific topics or general discussions. It is usually led by a single host or features interviews between more than one person.
Health is a very broad term. By hosting a podcast, MHHS will provide in-depth discussions about Palau’s health issues and its public health programs. The episodes will cover different aspects of health from hospital care to animal health and the effects of the environment on a person’s well-being.
