On Friday, 8 December 2016, Vice President Tony Bells handed over to the State of Angaur one of the retiring Police Patrol car.  


On hand to receive the patrol car was Paramount Chief Ucherbelau Lorenso Edward, Governor-Elect Kenneth Uyehara, and Governor Marvin Ngirutang.  The patrol car will be used by the Angaur Protected Area Network (PAN) rangers to monitor Angaur’s protected sites.

The Angaur PAN was theonly piece of legislation that became law during Governor Ngirutang’s
