The Palau Judiciary is pleased to welcome the second Court Counsel for 2017-2018, Ms. Weatherly A. Schwab.

Weatherly is a native of Ithaca, NY, and graduated from Cornell University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  While at Cornell she was a member of the Cornell women’s varsity tennis team.  She received her Juris Doctor in 2012 from Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.  At Harvard she participated in the Immigration & Refugee Advocacy Clinic and was a member of the coed basketball intramural

Weatherly enjoys playing and watching sports, traveling, and spending time with her parents, seven brothers, three sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, two nieces, and one nephew (so far!), as well as the rest of her extended family.  She is a die-hard fan of the University of North Carolina Tarheels basketball team, and is also a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Roger Federer.

Weatherly is looking forward to taking advantage of everything Palau has to offer, and her recreational goals for this year are to get certified in SCUBA diving, learn how to spearfish and surf, and embrace any other adventures that come her way. [/restrict]
