Some students of the Ngerchelong Elementary School who are from the higher grade levels had participated in the Wrestling PE Program that were slated on April 6 and 26.
Guy Delumeau Jr. of Ngerchelong State, who had just recently returned to Palau to help his mom after her retirement, had been training with the wrestlers over the past two weeks and he hopes to share and help the team who will be competing for the upcoming Oceania Championships and Micronesian Games.
Guy grew up in Hawaii and had started to engage in the sports of wrestling in High School. Since then, he had continued to wrestle while studying at Pacific University in Oregon, USA.
After his university studies, Guy moved to Japan to teach English and continue studying Japanese. While in Japan, he competed in amateur MMA.
