Olkeriil Kazuo, the Press Secretary of the Office of the President, confirmed yesterday that he is indeed running for the Angaur seat in the House of Delegates of the Olbiil Era Kelulau this coming general election in November.

In a phone interview with Island Times, the 38-year old media and management veteran said he is “very lucky to have the blessings of incumbent Angaur Delegate Mario Gulibert since 2018.”

He added that all his work experiences and knowledge gained will be employed to help his State.  “I will work with congress to create policies to support the states like my State of Angaur.”

“I want to give back to my state and this is the right time to do it.  I am running for my State and I am prepared to do my very best,” asserted Kazuo.

Olkeriil Kazuo is currently the Press Secretary of the Office of the President, member of Palau Visitors Authority, co-founder of Ebiil Society and co-founder of Palau Media Council.  He was the former public diplomacy specialist at the US Embassy in Koror and had served as the marketing manager for Roll’Em Production.
