Palau Community College’s annual Thanksgiving Endowment fundraiser was held at Mesekiu Bai of PCC on Tuesday November 27th. According to PCC “The support will help sustain Palau’s only institution of higher learning continue to provide the much needed academic programs and training that will help sustain the future of our island.”
The people that purchased the 10 dollar tickets had the chance to win a variety of prizes such as fishing gear, pcc goodies, buffet certificates, internet cards, cash, even exclusive artwork by one of Palau’s young bright artists Elsei Tellei, and so much more.
As of this moment, PCC raised more than 40,000 dollars and are still counting the money they received from the event. PCC extends its thanks to the people and agencies who supported and donated to the fundraiser and wishes everyone a Happy Thanksgiving
