July 12, 2016 (Koror) Palau’s growing health problem is the drive behind the creation of a civic non-profit organization called Palau Health Foundation. Convening today at 9am at NgaraAmayong, the organization seeks to raise membership and public awareness of objectives.
“Like Palau Conservation Society, Palau Health Foundation is aimed at focusing attention on the growing health issues from the community perspective and seeking community solutions for the same,” stated Ongerung Kambes Kesolei, one of the founding members of the Palau Health Foundation.
Founding members include Dr. Victor Yano, Ongerung Kambes Kesolei, Gustav Aitaro, Augusta Rengiil, Maireng Sengebau, Peter Adelbai, Tobias Marbou and Victor Uherbelau.
All interested persons are invited to NgaraAmayong today at 9m to the first organization meeting of Palau Health Foundation. [/restrict]
