The Palau Basketball Federation will host a 3×3 basketball tournament to celebrate the Republic of Palau’s 31st Independence Day, in partnership with Civic Action Team 84-10 and the Palau National Youth & Cheldebechel Council (NYCC). The tournament is set for Saturday, Sept. 27, at the PNOC/National Gym parking lot. Registration opens at 9 a.m., with games starting at 10 a.m.
Age divisions include 12 and under, 13-15, 16-18, and 19-23. Prizes will be awarded for skill contests and for the winning team in each age group. Prizes include gift certificates, T-shirts, and basketballs. Teams may register online before the event or in person at 9 a.m. Individual players can register to be placed on a team if needed.
