The Palau Judiciary welcomed its third Court Counsel, Morgan Bell, who graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 2007, and from The College of William and Mary in 2004 with a B.A. in Art History.
Before joining the Palau Judiciary, Morgan was General Counsel for the Marijuana Policy Project, worked as a criminal defense attorney, and clerked for Judge Timothy E. Meredith and Judge Alexander Wright, Jr. of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Outside the office, Morgan enjoys scuba diving, traveling, and improv comedy, and looks forward to exploring Palau’s unique underwater environment. (PR)
