KOROR, Palau — Beginning December 1, 2024, the Republic of Palau Postal Service (ROP Postal Service) will completely eliminate the use of physical customs forms, transitioning to a fully online system. This change, noted in Public Announcement PA-11252024-01 released on November 25, highlights a move toward digital modernization and streamlined services.

Customers will now be required to utilize the Customs Forms Online (CFOL) platform to pre-fill and print necessary forms for their international shipments. Access to this platform is available through the link: https://cfo.usps.com/flow-type or by scanning the QR code provided in the announcement on Republic of Palau Postal Service facebook page.
