Palau is set to co-host the 6th Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum (APCCAF) with the Philippines and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila on October 17 to 19.

Officials from Palau’s Office of Climate Change told the media during the press conference on Wednesday that over 1,000 people have registered for the forum which is the flagship event of the Asia Pacific Adaptation Network (APAN).

The forum will tackle topics surrounding the four themes namely resilience of social and human systems, resilience of natural systems, resilience of industry and the built environment, and resilience of island communities. (Rhealyn C. Pojas)
