KOROR – For the second year in a row, Palau Community Action Agency (PCAA) received outstanding marks on the annual financial audit report from Deloitte & Touche LLP.
The independent auditor assessed PCAA’s internal control systems and did not identify any material weaknesses or significant deficiencies.
Deloitte, who has the responsibility to express a formal opinion on compliance, states “the Agency complied, in all material respects with the types of compliance requirements [described in the OMB Compliance Supplement] that could have a direct and material effect on its major federal program for the year ended September 30, 2017”.
