Koror, Palau – Palau Conservation Society (PCS) made a courtesy visit to Bank of Guam (BOG) Belau Branch to meet new branch manager David Sablan on Tuesday, September 11.
Upon the courtesy visit, Mr. Sablan presented a check contribution of $1,000 to PCS Board Treasurer Minister Elbuchel Sadang and PCS Executive Director Bola Majekobaje.
Many of Palau’s businesses rely on Palau’s unique and pristine environment and the culture and traditions that have maintained it.
PCS has partnered with many in Palau’s business community to ensure that the environment is protected. Through the Corporate Partners for Conservation (CPC) initiative, companies commit a minimum donation of $1,000 every year to support the implementation of long-term conservation projects. Bank of Guam, like several businesses in Palau, has been a CPC for several years and is a strong supporter of conservation work in Palau. (PR)
