PNCC extends Koror Office hours to 8:00PM through October 20

PNCC announced today that the PNCC Koror office will be open extended hours from 8:00AM to 8:00PM Monday through Friday from October 12 to October 20, to assist customers with cellphone issues.

PNCC will also offer free $3.00 airtime to customers with cellphone issues to come to the PNCC Airai office through October 20.  Airai customer service hours are 8:00AM to 12 Noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

“PNCC apologizes for the inconvenience to the public while we work to improve the telecommunication systems in preparation for the launch of international fiber optic connectivity,” commented Acting General Manager Leo Ben Teriong.
