Palau National Communications Corporation would like to inform the public of a project to upgrade PNCC infrastructure, planned for early Thursday morning August 4, through Saturday morning, August 6, that will cause some temporary service outages as follows:

On August 4 (early Thursday morning from 12am to 6am), cellular communications in Angaur and Babeldaob states will be out of service (except for Airai and Ngerulmud), while Kayangel will experience an outage of both fixed line and cellular services.
On August 5 (early Friday morning from 2am to 6am), there will be an outage for long distance calling cards, both Debusch prepaid and ‘909’ charge cards.
On August 6 (early Saturday morning from 3am to 9am), all long distance calling will be out of service. [/restrict]
