Each year PNSB promotes local scholarships and foreign sponsored educational opportunities to graduating seniors. Palau National Scholarship Office just completed the outreach to all high schools in Palau to help them prepare for the coming school year 2021-2022. Over 190 students participated in the outreach. Ms. Marsha Suzuki presented information to students about available scholarships, how to apply, important deadlines and a reminder to come back home upon completion of their degrees. Ms. Suzuki stressed to the students that “Palau needs you!” so go out there, get your degree and come back and help develop our island nation. Representatives from Taiwan Embassy and Taiwan Government Alumnus were able to promote the MOFA and ICDF scholarships. These scholarships are now available and now accepting applications until March 10, 2021.
