The Palau Public Utilities Corporation (PPUC) has announced that some parts of Koror will have power outages on Saturday, November 17, from 9am to 2pm.
The areas affected by the power outage are residences and business establishments in Medalaii that surround the Old Age Center.
In a public announcement, PPUC apologized for the inconvenience brought by the outage, saying that this is due to the maintenance work that they are going to do.
Some line men will be relocating power pole, replacing wires, and upgrading hardware.
“Power outage will be occurring in order to allow linemen to perform necessary work,” the announcement reads. (Rhealyn C. Pojas)
