Palau’s two public utility companies, Palau Public Utilities Corporation and Palau National Communications Corporation announced today that they will suspend service disconnection to all their customers until further notice. They also announced the suspension of all late fees and disconnection fees for non-payment until further notice.
Announcements from the two corporations encourage customers to pay their bills and to do so as much as possible using online payment methods and others to ensure the health of customers as well as employees.
For PNCC, customers are encouraged to make payments online, buy internet cards, airtime cards, Debusch cards via SmartHub on website www.pnccpalau.com.
For PPUC customers, they are encouraged to pay bill, purchase token or other information at www.ppuc.com.
Both entities say that they are doing their part in the effort to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health of their customers and their employees.
