Russia’s ambassador, H.E Igor A. Khovaev has expressed commitment to work more with the Republic of Palau in the United Nations and emphasized on Palau’s full scholarships’ availability in the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry of which Palau students can take advantage on.
Khovaev says the diplomatic academy is located in Moscow renowned for its unique approach to teach foreign languages using advanced and intensive methods which
a number of foreign languages currently taught at the academy are over 20.
Annually, the academic receives dozens of foreign delegations and students have had the opportunity to listen to the lectures and speeches of foreign minister, politicians, public figures, heads of international organizations, prominent military officials, recognized scholars, and editors of top mass media institutions of more than 70 countries.
Its three schools (faculties) – International Relations, World Economics and International Law- offer a breadth of highly regarded degree programs that allow students the freedom to explore their intellectual and personal passions. The sustainable education at the academy covers a range of undergraduate and post-graduate programs.
