Self-Control is one of the Fruits of the Holy Spirit, and it is key to Emotional Intelligence.
Anyone can become angry – that is easy. But to be angry with the right person, to the right degree at the right time for the right purpose, and in the right way – that is not easy.
–Aristotle
Emotional Intelligence (EI) or (EQ) refers to the ability to understand, manage, and use emotions effectively, both in oneself and in others, leading to better relationships, decision-making, and overall well-being.
EI is the capacity to perceive, understand, manage, and use emotions effectively. I needed to develop EI in me to be normal and to regulate my emotions like a normal human being instead of splashing my anger everywhere. If I were spitting nails, whoever was closeby would have had nails in his eye. Not a pretty sight.

Apostle Paul helped me tremendously. In his letter to the Galatians 5:22-23, show the characteristics and virtues that Christians are encouraged to cultivate, including love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
You are a missionary wherever you are. Second Corinthians chapter three… you yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everybody.
You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
Remember me loving you ♡
