The Sons of Sureor continued its efforts to engage with community groups by establishing a formal partnership with Ngermid’s Ngaraiolt on October 6 in a meeting held at Taoch ra Mechang. The Ngaraiolt is an association of women that regularly engages in cultural and environmental activities whose members are strong advocates of social programs aimed at the growth and development of youth groups and members of the community.
Generous support for this partnership was made possible through the Republic of China (Taiwan)/Republic of Palau Small Grants Program and falls within the national framework, A Kot a Rechad er Belau – Ke de meleketek er a rengeleked el mo klisichel a beluad – Investing in Our Children.
The Sons of Sureor is privileged to establish such a valuable partnership and hopes to work with the Ngaraiolt to achieve successful and long-term mutual goals.
