Surangel SuperCenter, the largest store outlet in Palau, will open its doors this Monday, September 5, 2022, at Ngetkib, Airai.  The store invites everyone to join in its grand opening.

“The people of Palau are invited to join the momentous occasion celebrating the ‘Customer is King’ service,” states the press release from Surangel SuperCenter.

The grand opening event will include messages from the Whipps family, a giveaway of a Toyota Vanguard SUV, and over $75,000 dollars in prizes and promotions. 

The Supercenter houses a “grocery store, hardware store, Toyota showroom, Chatime bubble tea shop, bakery/deli, and will soon feature a department store, furniture store, beauty salon, travel agency, construction, Toyota Service Center, surf shop, and food court to name a few.”

“Our success over the past 42 years has been because of our loyal customers and this new location will further enhance our services to them.  We hope the upgraded building will provide a more enjoyable shopping experience to our customers.  I am looking forward to seeing everybody at the opening ceremony,” said owner Surangel Whipps, Sr.

Meanwhile, the Surangel & Sons store in Koror will be closed on Monday and will re-open on Tuesday next week.
