The Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to provide the public with the following updates on testing and quarantine of individuals in Palau:
• Fifty-seven (57) residents and essential workers who arrived from Taiwan on December 14, 2020 received their day 7 tests today, and all results were negative.
• Fifty-two (52) of these travelers who originated from Taiwan have been released from mandatory quarantine, but will continue to self-monitor for another week before undergoing final testing on day 14.
• Five (5) who originated from Japan will remain in mandatory quarantine for another week before undergoing testing on day 14.
