 At 12:47 a.m. on November 24, Central received a call about an accident near the pond area in Ngesaol. Officers responded to find out that Freeman Skiwo, M/47, went off the right side of the road. When he stopped to get out of his car, he fell into the pond. Mr. Skiwo failed the FST and was processed for DUI and Reckless and Negligent Driving.

At 1:16 a.m. on November 24, officers called in to report that they were in pursuit of a white flatbed from topside going toward Ngerbechedesa u driving on the opposite lane knocking down traffic cones. Aphard Baules, M/30, failed the FST, was booked and confined at the Koror Jail for DUI and Reckless and Negligent Driving.

At 1:48 a.m. on November 24, officers were dispatched to PCC dorm area to transport an individual to Koror Jail.  Marson Phillipus, M/26, was booked and confined for Disorderly Conduct.

At 1:34 p.m. on November 24, officers were called to an accident scene in front of Bai ra Chamayong. Cole Ermang, M/33, was driving in the middle lane traveling toward Malakal when he entered the opposite lane and hit the car going toward Rock Island Cafe. He was booked and confined for Reckless and Negligent Driving.

At 6:41 p.m. on November 24, Central received a call about a traffic accident at the intersection of Shallum Etpison residence in Ngerbechedesau. Rebecca Hosei took a wide turn at the curve and collided with the oncoming car. All parties were taken to the ER for medical attention.

 At 2:54 a.m. on November 25, officers called in to report that they were in pursuit of a vehicle speeding from Malakai toward Topside area. Officers finally stopped the suspect inside Ngerbeched. Lester Rehuher, M/49, failed the FST; he was booked and confined at the Koror Jail for DUI.

At 9:41 a.m. on November 25, officers were called to the scene of a hit and run accident at Ngerbechedesa u highway before the intersection to Shallum Etpison residence. Bernard Mawaising came into the station later to give a statement. Mr. Mawaising had attempted to pass

the victim’s car from behind and side swiped the left front fender. He was cited for Reckless and Negligent Driving.

At 7:00 p.m. on November 25, Central received a report about a male who fell and hit his head on the ground and would not wake up at Bayside, Medalaii. Officers responded and escorted the male individual to the ER for medical attention.

At 7:55 p.m. on November 25, officers responded to a call in Ked, Airai. Stephen Santos shot the victim in the left arm with a rifle. Mr. Santos was booked and confined at Koror Jail for Assault in the 2°d Degree.

At 8:20 p.m. on November 25, Central got a report of a drunken man bothering people in Iyebukl, Koror. Ongilung Biru was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

At 9:26 p.m. on November 25, a female wal ked in to Central to report the theft of her wedding ring. She reported that her weddi ng ring was worth $12,000. The case is under investigation.

At 9:44 p.m. on November 25, Joshua Darrow was arrested for Disorderly Conduct after a call can1e in to Central about him arguing with another male in Iyebukl, Koror.

At 10:47 p.m. on November 25, Central got a call about an individual who was drunk and disturbing the neighbors in Ngetki b, Airai. Brandy Ngiramengior was processed for Disorderly Conduct.

At 11:31 p.m. on November 25, officers were dispatched to Meyuns to respond to a disturbance call. The officers found out that the victim had been walking home by Koror Gym when he was approached by the suspect and challenged to a fight. Omsuul Remoket punched the victim with a brass knuckle weapon, and the victim defended himself. Some family members broke up the fight. The suspect fled before the police arrived. Case is under investigation.

 At 12:05 a.m. on November 26, officers got a report of two individuals drunk and disorderly at PCC Campus. The suspects fled the area toward the main road. Bradley Tairiuweshig, M/23, and Joseph M. Faroireg, M/21, were arrested in front of Palau High School for Disorderly Conduct.

At 2: 18 a.m. on November 26, officers called in to report that they arrested Sayo Sugiyama, F/22, on the premises of Rip Tide Bar. She was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

At 2:55 a.m. on November 26, Central received a call about a female individual causing a disturbance in Meyas, Koror. Queendira Baulechong, F/38, was drunk and causing a disturbance. She fled the area before the police arrived. Ms. Baulechong later turned herself in at the station. She was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

At 3:20 a.m. on November 26, Central got a call of an individual causing a disturbance at a residence in Ngermid , Koror. Erbai Ramarui , M/ 19, was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Minor Consumption.

At 3:30 a.m. on November 26, a call came in to Central about a theft in the parki ng lot of MJ Burger Hut. According to the victim, he went to MJ Burger Hut to order some snacks and while waiting in the parki ng lot he dozed off. When he woke up, he found his wallet and the car keys were missing. The investigation is in progress.

At 3:45 a.m. on November 26, Klipper Ngoriakl , M/20, was arrested in Ngermid , Koror for Minor Consumption.

At 10:00 a.m. on November 26, Central received a call from a female on the Airai side of the KB bridge. The caller reported that a car went to pass her and almost hit her car. Officers were dispatched to look out for the vehicle and driver that the victim identified as JP Illilau a.k.a JP Andrew.

Monday, November 27, 2017

 At 1:09 a.m. on November 27, Central received a call from an individual reporting that someone was in his house. When officers responded , they found out that the suspect shattered a window in an attempt to enter the house but was not successful. The suspect entered through the bathroom window but fled when the resident woke up. The case is under investigation.

At 8:30 a.m. on November 27, a male walked in to Central to report that his valuable tools had been stolen from his house in Deleb, Ngerbeched. Victi m stated that he kept the tools under a table outside of his house. The tools include 2 “Ortangel ” and  1 “Manrik”. The case is under investigation for Theft.

At 11:27 a.m. on November 27, Central received a call from a female reporting that someone had hit her car while she was off-island. The car had been parked at her residence in Tiull,

Ngerbeched while she was away. When she returned, she noticed her left fender was dented and scratched. The case is under investigation.

At 3:41 p.m. on November 27, Central received a report of an accident in front of Rock Island Cafe in Medalaii, Koror. Stephane N. Tmodrang, M/41 , hit another car when he was pulling out of the Supreme Court on to the main highway. He was cited for Negligent/Reckless Driving.

At 4:35 p.m. on November 27, Central received a call from a male requesting police assistance at the Basilius Shop in Ngesaol, Koror. Officers responded and talked to an employee who alleged that someone took his backpack that contained his wallet, permit , license and $60.00. The case is under investigation for Theft.

At 4:50 p.m. on Novem ber 27, Central received a call from a female requesting police assistance at the WCTC basement parking area regarding a hit and run. Officers responded and talked to the female who stated that she parked her vehicle, went shopping for about 30 minutes, and when

she returned , she found her car had been hit on the back bumper. The case is under investigation.

At 11:34 p.m. on November 27, Central received a call from a male at Mid-Town Blue Bay gas station reporting that Paul Wacking had been arguing with the cashier, saying profane and threatening words . The case is under investigation for Disorderly Conduct, Threatening, and Harassment.

 At 2: 18 a.m. on November 28, Central received a call about stolen hazard lights at a road construction site in Malakal, Koror. The vehicle plate number was reported. The suspects identified later came into the police station to give their statements. Case is in progress.

At 6:40 a.m. on November 28, a male individual walked in to Central to report a theft of two pairs of shoes at the IA apartment in Ngel, Koror. According to the victim, the suspect trespassed into his barracks early in the morning and stole the shoes. Case is under investigation.

At 5:35 p.m. on November 28, Central received a report about a burglary and theft at the Palau Baptist Church in Ngeru luobel, Airai. A $1,600 black Asus brand laptop, I0 32GB USB drives, and $50.00 were taken from the victim ‘s room. The room ‘s door and window had signs of forced entry. The case is under investigation.

 At 12:25 p.m. on November 29, Central received a call from a female reporting that her former Filipino employee that she terminated in 2015 was now working at another business. The case is under investigation.

At 4:42 p.m. on November 29, Narcotics Enforcement Agency officers arrested three males behind the Meyuns Abai. Blaze Obakrairur, M/23, Terrence Ngwal , M/22, and a malejuvenile were charged with Gambling. The juvenile was picked up by his guardian while the two adults were booked and confined at the Koror Jail.

 

At 4:42 p.m. on November 29, Central received a call from Airai Elementary School regarding a stolen school laptop. Officers responded and talked to the Acting Principal who identified the suspect (student). The case is under investigation.

Thursday, November 30, 2017

 At 2:54 a.m. on November 30, Central received a report of an accident at the PCC parking l ot. A vehicle had lost control and swerved into the parking lot, hitting and damaging a street light.

Officers administered an FST to the female driver, which she failed. Deureng Misech, F/18, was booked and confined for DUI and Negligent/Reckless Driving. Her passenger, Ngirchoidesong Kenzio, M/20, was charged with Minor Consuming Alcohol. He was also booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 2:50 p.m. on November 30, Central received a call from the Franco Headquarters in Ngerbeched , Koror, regard ing a drunk male who was putting BBQ chicken in his pocket and becoming violent when people tried to stop him. Alex Brei, M/42, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 7: 15 p.m. on November 30, Central received a call from a male reporting that someone had stolen his bicycle from his barracks behind Franco ‘s Store. Officers responded and talked to the victim who stated that his silver mountain bike with a yellow ribbon tied to its wheels had been taken from the front of his barracks. The case is under investigation for Theft.

 Friday, December 1, 2017

 At 2:20 a.m. on December 1, Central received a call from a female at Bayside Bar reporting that Apolonjo had gone to buy beer at the bar and when he was told that the bar was closed, he went to his car and got a machete and then came back and threatened the bartender. Officers located the suspect at the Franco Headquarter s in Ngerbeched and arrested him. Apolonio Joseph, M/53, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Terroristic Threatening. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 1:34 a.m. on December  1, officers arrested Jeremy Isak, M/33, in connection with an earlier report. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail for Theft.

At 7:21 a.m. on December 1, Traffic Urut reported a two-car accident on the main road in front of the Catholic Church. Both cars were traveling towards Topside when one car rear-ended the car in front of it. Aiu Betok Andres, MlAdult, was cited for Negligent/Reck less Driving.

At 8:35 a.m. on December 1, Traffic Urut reported a two-car accident on the main road in front of WCTC. One car had pulled out on to the main road and collided with another car. Mauricio Igpuara, M/63, was cited for Negligent/Reckless Driving.

At 3:20 p.m. on December 1, a female walked in to Central to report that her vehicle had been hit

in front of PIDC in Topside, Koror. Victim stated that the vehicle that hit her had a license plate

#0526 but she was not sure what state it was from. The case is under investigation.

At 9: 10 p.m. on December 1, Central received a report of a car accident at the Nemo Hotel parking lot in Dngeronger, Koror. Officers responded and cited Sachin K.C., M/22, for Negligent/Reckless Driving.

At 10:20 p.m. on December 1, Central received a call from a female reporting a drunk American male bothering customers at the Sarni Store in Ngetkib, Airai. Officers responded and arrested Kevin Smith, M/43, for Disorderly Conduct. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 10:21 p.m. on December 1, Central received a call from a female reporting that Bevan was at her house in Ngerbodel trying to fight with her son. Officers responded and arrested Bevan Stephanus, M/43, for Disorderly Conduct. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

Saturday, December 2, 2017

 At 12:08 a.m. on December 2, Cenh·al received a call from a male reporting that someone had rear-ended him on the road in front of Topside Blue Bay gas station. The suspect vehicle then drove off, but witnesses were able to identify the suspect driver as McNally Otwangel Seklii. Officers later apprehended McNally at Backstreet Bar in Dngeronger. The case is still under investigation.

At 2: 18 a.m. on December 2, patrolli ng officers reported that they were in pursuit of a red Toyota Surf that had passed their police unit and was speeding from Topside towards Airai . Officers pulled over the vehicle in Ngerbechedesau. The male driver was intoxicated and was threatening and harassing the police officers. Morenlee Ringang, M/34, was arrested for DUI,

Negligent/Reckless Driving, Terroristic Threatening in the 1st Degree, and Harassment. He was booked and confined at Koror Jail.

At 3:16 a.m. on December 2, Central received a report that there was a male minor on top of Anthia’s Cafe in Medalaii, Koror. Officers responded and arrested the minor. He was charged with Curfew Violation and Minor Consuming Alcohol.

At 4: 10 a.m. on December 2, patrolling officers reported an unattended vehicle in the ditch near Surangel’s Warehouse in Airai. Officers reported that the vehicle’s right side was severely damaged and there appeared to be blood on the seats. Officers received information that the driver was already transported to the Emergency Room. At the ER, officers found the driver with   minor abrasions on his head and cuts and scratches on his left arm. According to the driver, he had fallen asleep while driving home. Case is under investigation.

At 12:13 p.m. on December 2, Central received a cal l from WCTC Shopping Center regarding a shoplifting incident. Officers responded and found out that a female had put 12 cans of Spam and 1 Red Bull drink in her purse and attempted to leave the store. Mamuyac Leticia Biagtan , F/62, was cited for Theft in the 3rd Degree and Disorderly Conduct.

At 2:47 p.m. on December 2, a male walked in to Central to report that a gray Nissan Terrano had side-swiped his vehicle on the Compact Road in Ngerem lengui. Victim stated that the vehicle was coming in the opposite direction, hit the side of his car and kept on going. Victim was not able to get the plate number. Case is under investigation.

At 3:56 p.m. on December 2, Central received a call from a female reporting that her employee’s vehicle had been hit while parked at a tire shop in Ngesekes, Koror. An officer was assigned to look into the case.

At 5:30 p.m. on December 2, Central received a call from a female reporti ng a blue Toyota Hilux Surf that had gone off the Compact Road in Ngatpang. Officers and ambulance responded and transported the driver and 3 passengers to the hospital for medical treatment. Case is under investigation.

At 6: 15 p.m. on December 2, Central received a call from a female reporting that Donatus Francisco had assaulted a Bangladesh employee of Franco’s Store in the parking lot. Officers responded but the suspect had fled. Case is still under investigation. [/restrict]
